"EYE". Tickets for the observation deck "Only Love Above" can be bought on the official website. Adults - 1500 rubles, children from 6 to 14 years old - 750 rubles. 2 visits per day / evening - 2000 rubles. The observation deck is open on weekdays from 12:00 to 23:00, and on weekends from 10:00 to 23:00.
